A shortlist, not a mailing list
Tell us the role, the stack and the salary band. We send three to six candidates whose projects actually match it, with their work attached. We do not blast your opening to a batch.
Interview-ready on arrival
Every candidate has completed three recorded mock interviews with written feedback, a resume rebuild and aptitude practice. You spend your interview slots assessing, not teaching people how to be interviewed.
Work you can inspect before you call
Documented projects on GitHub for analytics and data science candidates; configured S/4HANA scenarios for SAP candidates. You can judge the work before you spend an hour on a screen.
No placement fee
We do not charge employers. Our incentive is that the alumnus you hire is named on our placements page and stays there, which only works if the match is a good one.

We shortlist
We match against project work and batch performance, not just against who is currently free, and send you three to six profiles within four working days.
You interview
Directly with the candidate. We can host on-campus rounds at either Nagpur campus if you would rather assess a group in one sitting.
We stay out of the way
The offer, the negotiation and the terms are between you and the candidate. We ask only that we may name the placement with the alumnus's consent.

Does Techtonic Lab charge employers a placement fee?
No. There is no fee to hire from us. Our incentive is that the person you hire stays named on our placements page, which only works if the match was a good one in the first place.
What roles can I hire for?
Most commonly Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Power BI Developer, Junior Data Scientist and the SAP functional roles across FICO, MM, SD and PP/QM. Candidates come from all three of our programmes and from a range of academic backgrounds.
How prepared are the candidates?
Every candidate has completed four documented portfolio projects with review, a resume and LinkedIn rebuild, three recorded mock interviews with written feedback, and aptitude practice. SAP candidates have configured on live S/4HANA rather than watching a demonstration.
How long does it take to get a shortlist?
Three to six matched profiles within four working days of you telling us the role, stack, location and salary band. We match against project work, not just against who happens to be free.
Can we run an on-campus hiring round?
Yes. We can host a round at either Nagpur campus if you would rather assess a group in one sitting, including a room, machines and scheduling.
Do you get involved in the offer or the negotiation?
No. The offer, the terms and the negotiation are between you and the candidate. We ask only that we may name the placement afterwards, with the candidate's consent.
